What is HRDC?

The Human Resource Development Corporation (formerly HRDF) is a statutory body under Malaysia’s Ministry of Human Resources. Its main purpose is to drive Malaysia’s talent development by collecting a levy from employers and funding training and development programs for the Malaysian workforce. Employers with more than 10 Malaysian employees are required to register and contribute to HRDC. Typically, employers contribute 1% of the monthly wages of each employee into their company’s fund account. These contributions can be claimed to fund approved training programs.

That’s where we come in as HRDC Accredited Trainers!
